Limpin Jimmy and The Swingin Kitten have organised a great party night for New Years Eve at the Live House (formerly Lewisham Hotel). The feature of the night will be one of Sydney's own Rockabilly legends, The Sonic Aces and a special line up of singers with band leader Wes Pudsey taking a couple of sets and Daniel Wegrzyn and Miss Pia Andersen taking a set each. Daniel and Pia have both sung with The Sonic Aces before so they are not unfamiliar fronting this great band.
They will be presenting their own music set and of course Wes will be doing all the Wes Pudsey and The Sonic Aces classics we all love. Plus of course, Limpin' Jimmy and The Swingin' Kitten who will glue it all together as your hosts and DJs for the night. We will run from 8pm till 1am with a live TV cross to Sydney Harbour on the big screen for the countdown to midnight. Once we are into 2008 and the band music has finished, we plan to take you through a TIME WARP back to the 70's and 80's and play some of the most popular disco music you have never forgotten. No need to walk the streets looking for fun or stay at home lonely. We promise you this will be a party to remember and be talked about. Remember, you will be among friends for New Years Eve!

$15 entry on the night At this stage we can't predict the expected numbers and rather than let the show get out of hand, we plan to have those of you who are interested, email us or ring with a booking which we will record and you can pay and be marked off on the night. That way we can close ticket sales off if numbers are growing too large for your comfort and security which is important to us. We have been talking to the hotel management about having the Bistro open so people can get there a bit early and have a meal before the party begins.
